 Baking powder4 Teaspoon

 2 slightly beaten egg yolks
 Milk2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salad oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
 Fluffy Cream Sauce
 Cherry Topper

Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine egg yolks, milk, and salad oil; stir into dry" ingredients.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, leaving a few little fluff's—don't overmix.
Bake in preheated waffle baker.
To serve: Stack 5 or 6 hot waffles on serving plate.
Top each waffle with some of the Fluffy Cream Sauce and Cherry Topper.
Cut in wedges.
