Dessert Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Flour - 1 1/3 cups + 1 tablespoon | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 375°F.
MAKING
2) In a bowl, cream together sugar, butter and egg till light and fluffy.
3) Add in the baking powder, salt and flour and mix till a cookie dough consistency is attained.
4) Take a 14" pizza pan and line it with the above dough.
5) Bake for 12 minutes.
SERVING
6) Top with your choice of dessert filling.
