Dessert Omelette With Fresh Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
| Blueberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Strawberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Strawberry schnapps - 1 tablespoon | ||
| Eggs | 4 Small, separated | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon, powdered | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take the blueberries and strawberries along with schnapps in a bowl. Toss them gently. Keep aside.
2) Take the egg yolks and beat them to make them foamy.
3) Pour water and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Beat the mixture.
4) Now fold the egg whites into yolks.
5) Take a 10-inch skillet or pan and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Heat the pan over medium heat.
6) Pour the egg mixture on the heated pan and cook over medium heat for around 5 minutes.
7) Put the omelet into the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees temperature.
8) Pour half of the fruit mixture on the top of the omelet and fold the omelet into half.
SERVING
9) Slide the omelet onto the serving plate.
10) Top the omelet with remaining fruit mixture.
11) Sprinkle powdered sugar and garnish the omelet with few sprig of mint.
