Directions
1. To prepare nacho chips, in a shallow bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Dip tortillas, one at a time, in water; let drain briefly. Stack tortillas; then cut stack into 6 to 8 wedges. Dip one side of each wedge in sugar mixture. Arrange wedges in a single layer, sugar side up, on lightly oiled 12- by 15-inch (30- by 38-cm) baking sheets; do not overlap wedges. Bake in a 500°F (260°C) oven until crisp and golden, 4 to 5 minutes. (At this point, you may cool; then store airtight at room temperature for up to 3 days.)
