Dessert Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate Chips | 12 Ounce | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple | 1 | |
| Bananas | 2 | |
| Strawberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a fondue pot, add chocolate chips, water, vanilla, cinnamon and heat until chocolate chips have completely melted. Keep warm.
2. Cut pineapple, half length-wise, core and cut into wedges.
3. Similarly, slice banana into diagonal chunks.
4. On a skewer, skew pineapple, bananas, strawberry, individually or patterned.
SERVING
5. Dip the fruits in the skewers in the melted chocolate.
6. Serve at room temperature.
