Directions
1. Fill each of the 4 Low-Calorie Crepes with 1 tablespoon pineapple. Roll up; place them, seam-side down, in shallow baking dish.
2. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 10 minutes. Top each crepe with 1 tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese.
