Directions

Heavily butter a baking sheet.
Put sugar in heavy fry pan and cook while stirring over medium flame until sugar melts and turns an amber color.
This will take about 15 minutes.
Strew the nuts over the baking sheet and carefully pour the sugar evenly over nuts.
Let stand in a cool place until hard.
Break into pieces and eat!
