Denver Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Half and Half | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Cooked ham | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Bread slice | 8 , buttered |
Directions
In 10 inch skillet, cook and stir onion and green pepper in hot shortening until onion is tender.
Beat eggs slightly; stir in ham, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture into skillet.
Cook over low heat just until set.
Cut into 4 wedges; turn.
Brown slightly.
Serve between bread slices.
