Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
Salt and pepper
2 toasted, buttered, split hamburger rolls
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper slowly in butter or margarine in medium size frying pan for 5 minutes.
Beat eggs slightly with milk and salt and pepper; pour into same pan; scramble with onion green pepper mixture just until set.
Spoon onto hot toasted rolls.
