Microwave at HIGH for 1 minute or until butter melts.
Add green pepper and onions; microwave at HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Combine eggs, salt, pepper, and ham; pour over vegetables.
Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
Make one slit in plastic wrap for steam to escape.
Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (70% power) for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes or until eggs are almost set, stirring 3 times.
Stir in sour cream.
Cover and microwave at MEDIUM HIGH for 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
Spoon mixture into pita halves.
Top mixture with chopped tomato and shredded cheese.
