Directions
Mix eggs, water, salt, pepper and mustard with fork in greased 1-quart casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 1 minute; stir with fork.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave until egg is set, 30 to 40 seconds longer.
Place cheese on eggs.
Microwave uncovered until cheese is melted, 20 to 25 seconds.
Spread toast with margarine.
Cut cooked egg mixture into halves.
Place half of mixture on each of 2 slices toast on plates; top with tomato slices.
Top with remaining slices toast.
