Deluxe Fruit Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries | ||
| 1 pound fresh peaches, pitted and peeled, or 2 cups frozen unsweetened peaches | ||
| 1 ripe banana, cut up | ||
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Thaw frozen fruits.
Place steel blade in work bowl; add fruits.
Process till smooth, scraping bowl as necessary; transfer to large bowl.
Reinsert steel blade; add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Process till sugar is dissolved.
Add to fruit mixture; pour into 4-quart ice cream freezer container.
Add milk and whipping cream; stir well.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
