| Sunflower oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bananas | 2 , mashed | |
| Flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cocoa | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tsp baking powde | ||
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Icing | ||
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Few drops of vanilla extract | ||
| Icing Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cocoa | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 banana, sliced lemon juice | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°).
Butter and flour a 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm) cake pan or star shape mold.
In a large bowl, mix corn syrup, sugar, eggs, oil, milk and bananas.
In a second bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
Fold into first mixture.
Pour into cake pan.
Bake in oven 1 hour.
Let cool.
Icing In a bowl, mix butter, milk and vanilla extract.
Add icing sugar and cocoa, mixing until smooth.
Spread over cake.
Dip sliced banana in lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Arrange on top of cake.
