Ingredients
| Red onion | 1/2 Medium | |

| 1/2 cup packed watercress leaves | ||

| 10 slices soft-textured wheat bread | ||
| Smoked salmon | 6 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
Directions
MAKING
1)Chop onions in a food processor.
2)Add in chives and cream cheese. Blend well.
3)Now add watercress and blend to make a smooth paste.
4)Season with pepper.
5)Slice off the crusts of bread.
6)Flatten the bread with the rolling pin. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture onto each bread slice and layer.
7)Keep one slice of salmon each on top.
8)Roll the bread and wrap with plastic wrap. Seal ends by twisting wrap.
9)Refrigerate overnight.
SERVING
10)Remove wrapper abot 30 minutes prior to serving and slice frozen rolls into 6 to 8 pieces.
11)Serve cold.
