Delmarvelous Bluefish Recipe
Ingredients
| Bluefish | 2 Pound, frozen | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Thaw fish if frozen.
Cut into serving-size portions.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put into well-greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine butter, lemon juice, and thyme; pour over fish.
Bake in 350°F oven 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
