|Rice pasta||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained|
|Chicken breast||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted, shredded|
|Green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Cucumber||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Hard boiled eggs||3 , chopped|
|Sundried tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Turkey bacon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Safflower mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (as desired)|
