Delicious Plum Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tbsp. plum juice | ||
| 1 c. chopped purple plums | ||
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs; mix well.
Combine flour and soda; add to butter mixture alter- nately with plum juice and plums.
Add spices and salt; fold in pecans.
Pour into two 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cake cool.
