Delicious Mocha Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
2tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. coffee
Directions
Cream sugar and shortening; add egg, cocoa and va- nilla.
Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together; add to cocoa mixture.
Add coffee; beat thoroughly.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Frost with chocolate frosting, if desired.
