Delicious Crabmeat Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
Pinch of mace
2 to 3 tablespoons sherry
1 soup can of milk
2 hard cooked eggs chopped fresh parsley
1 cup flaked crab meat
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine soup, milk, crab meat, Worcestershire and mace.
Heat.
Stir in sherry and add chopped hard cooked egg whites.
Continue cooking for a few minutes more.
Sprinkle with sieved hard cooked egg yolks and chopped parsley.
Heat.
Stir in sherry and add chopped hard cooked egg whites.
