Delicious Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
2 c. dry bread crumbs
4 c. hot milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions
Add bread crumbs to hot milk; cool.
Combine sugar, eggs, margarine, salt, vanilla, raisins, nutmeg and cin- namon with bread mixture.
Pour into buttered bak- ing dish; place dish in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
