 Yams1 Can (10oz), drained
 Orange juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Brown sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
 Miniature marshmallows1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Arrange yams in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
In medium bowl, combine orange juice and cornstarch; stir until cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Blend in brown sugar and butter.
Add walnuts and pour over yams.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Arrange marshmallows on top and continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
