Delicious Turkey Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups (500 ml) leftover cooked turkey, diced
2 carrots, pared and grated
1/2 cup (125 ml) finely chopped onion
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, diced
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
24 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup (50 ml) lime juice
2 mint leaves, chopped
3 oz (90 g) cream cheese, soft
1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
1 tsp (5 ml) wine vinegar
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions
Place all vegetables in large salad bowl.
In blender, mix together remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour dressing over salad, chill.
