Directions

MAKING
1. For making salad - Chop romaine lettuce, spinach, scallions and cherry tomatoes.
2. For making dressing - In a blender, blend peaches and tomatoes together.
3. Pour it over raw salad.
4. In another cup, combine tahini sauce and water, mix till it is smooth.
5. Squeeze lemon into it and add water to dilute the consistency.
