Delicious Different Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Fruit cocktail large can | 1 | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 Medium, cut into pieces | |
| Drain these two cans of fruits for 30 minutes. | ||
| 1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 c. small marshmallows | ||
Directions
Mix cheese, whipped cream and mayonnaise; add pecans and marshmallows, then pineapple.
Mix fruit cocktail in gently.
Pack firmly in round mold - be sure to let sit for 24 hours so salad will stay in molded form when turned on serving plate.
