Delicious Beef Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| French dressing | 1 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Chili powder | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 5 8 Romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded | ||
| Beef roast | 1/2 Pound, cut into strips | |
| Red onion | 1/2 Small, thinly sliced | |
| 1/2 medium green or red pepper, cut into thin strips | ||
| Sweet corn package | 1 , drained | |
| 4 ozs Natural Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| Ripe olives | 11 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
Mix together dressing and spices; chill.
Arrange lettuce, roast beef, onions, peppers, corn, cheese and olives on large serving platter.
Chill.
Serve salad with dressing mixture
