Simple & Delicious Barbecued Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Ounce, can | |
| Molasses | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked chicken | 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped |

Directions
1) In a saucepan, melt the butter and add green pepper, onion and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
2) Add all remaining ingredients except for the chicken. Simmer for about 10 to 5 minutes.
3) Add chicken to the mixture and simmer for about 15 minutes more.
