Deli Croissants Recipe
Ingredients
4 croissants
4 smoked sausages
1 cup (250 ml) sauerkraut in vinegar, drained
1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
Directions
– Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
– Slice croissants in half.
– Slice sausages in half, lengthwise.
– Baste inside of each croissant half with Dijon mustard. Place halved sausage and small amount of sauerkraut into each croissant. Close croissant and bake for 12 minutes.
