Delectable Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 pounds boneless round, chuck or flank steak, cut into thin strips | ||
| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound, sliced | |
| 1 envelope Lipton Onion or Beefy Onion Soup Mix | ||
| Water | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Blend onion soup mix with 1 3/4 cups of water.
MAKING
2) In a large frying pan, melt the butter.
3) Brown the mushrooms and beef.
4) Stir in the blended onion soup.
5) Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 40 minutes while stirring constantly until beef is cooked. 6) Blend the flour with sour creamd and remaining water and add to the pan.
7) Bring nearly to boil and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continously until sauce becomes thick.
SERVING
8) Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked noodles.
