Deer Pepper Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 900 g deer round steak | ||
| Safflower oil | 45 Milliliter | |
| 5 ml pared, minced ginger root | ||
| Green bell peppers | 2 To taste, julienned | |
| Mushrooms | 250 Milliliter, sliced | |
| 60 ml soya sauce | ||
| Sugar | 15 Milliliter | |
| Sherry | 30 Milliliter | |
| Cornstarch | 5 Milliliter | |
Directions
Cut the meat into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the ginger and cook 1 minute.
Brown the meat then add the peppers and mushrooms.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Add the soya and sugar.
Mix the sherry with the cornstarch and blend into the stir fry.
Cook 1 minute.
Serve with rice.
