Ingredients

 900 g deer round steak
 Safflower oil45 Milliliter
 5 ml pared, minced ginger root
 Green bell peppers2 To taste, julienned
 Mushrooms250 Milliliter, sliced
 60 ml soya sauce
 Sugar15 Milliliter
 Sherry30 Milliliter
 Cornstarch5 Milliliter

Directions

Cut the meat into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the ginger and cook 1 minute.
Brown the meat then add the peppers and mushrooms.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Add the soya and sugar.
Mix the sherry with the cornstarch and blend into the stir fry.
Cook 1 minute.
Serve with rice.
