Ingredients

 
2 packages (12 ounces each) frozen perch, haddock, cod or flounder fillets
 
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter or margarine
 
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
 
3 large potatoes, cooked, peeled, and sliced
 
2 teaspoons salt
 
1 teaspoon paprika
 
1 package (10 ounces) frozen whole kernel corn

Directions

Cut each package of frozen fish fillets into equal size servings (no need to thaw).
Melt butter or margarine in small saucepan; stir in onion; heat just until bubbly.
Have ready six 12 inch squares of heavy aluminum foil.
Place about 1 tablespoon butter mixture on each; top with a serving of fish, more onion butter mixture then potatoes, dividing evenly.
Sprinkle all with salt and paprika; top with frozen corn.
Fold and seal foil into bundles with a drugstore wrap.
Cook on grill over hot coals, turning every 15 minutes, 1 hour, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve in foil wrappers.
