Deep-Fried Salmon Fritters Recipe

| Flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Yellow cornmeal | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Drain salmon; break into bite-sized pieces.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt; stir in cornmeal.
Combine egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients.
Fold in salmon.
Drop by heaping spoonfuls into 375-degree deep fat.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
