Deep-Fried Red Snapper Recipe
Ingredients
| Snapper | 3 Pound, salted | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 c. fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Roll snapper in flour.
Combine egg and milk; beat well.
Dip red snapper in egg mixture.
Combine crumbs and salt; coat red snapper with bread crumbs.
Fry in large skillet in deep hot fat for 15 minutes.
