| All purpose flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) |
Directions
1. Wash fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Mix milk and eggs.
3. Dip fish in milk, then the flour, then the bread crumbs.
4. Heat oil to 375° and carefully put fish into oil, cooking until golden brown.
