Deep Fried Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Soda crackers | 2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), smashed | |
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seed | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 4 large sole filets | ||
| Flour | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Peanut oil | ||
Directions
Mix crackers with garlic, curry powder and celery seed; set aside in bowl.
Cut fish into strips 1/2 in (1.2 cm) wide.
Throughly coat in flour.
Dip fish strips in beaten eggs, then in soda cracker crumbs.
Season well with pepper.
Deep-fry in hot oil for 2 minutes.
