Deep Dish Vegetable Pork Recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork, cooked
2 medium size onions, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled, sliced
10 oz canned tomato soup
10 oz water
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
In a deep rectangular pyrex dish, place cooked pork.
Spread successive layers of half the onion, carrot and potato slices.
Repeat.
Pour soup and water on top.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook in oven around 90 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
