 Patty package1 , frozen
 Egg yolk1

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix apple pie filling with orange rind and grated lemon rind.
3. Into a 1 1/2 quart deep pie plate, pour the filling mixture.
4. Pile up the patty shells and press to combine.
5. Roll the patty shell into a circle that is ½ inch larger than the pie plate.
6. Place the rolled dough on top of the pie plate to cover; fold the edges to seal.
7. Bake the pie for 35 minutes until top is brown.

SERVING
8. Cut the Deep Dish Apple Pie into 8 equal slice.
9. Serve hot with a dollop of ice-cream.
