 1 barbecued chicken, skinned and diced
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 small jar chopped pimientos
 Green pepper1 Small, chopped
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
 1/3 cup cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Celery salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon (Curry powder to taste)
 Cheddar Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Curry powder to taste)
 Potato chips1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed (Curry powder to taste)

Directions

MAKING
1. In 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, mix all the ingredients together, except the Cheddar cheese and potato chips.
2. Raise shelf and place the dish in the oven.
3. Cook for 3 minutes; stir.
4. Cook for another 2 minutes.

FINALISING
5. Top with cheddar cheese.
6. Cook for another 1 minute.
7. Sprinkle potato chips and brown for 4-5 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve alone.
