Days Of Our Liver Pate Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions | 4 | |
| Chicken livers | 1/2 pound | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ricotta cheese | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 , hardboiled | |
| Dry white wine | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a skillet, add butter add onions and saute until glazed.
2 Add liver and saute until brown in color and cooked throughly.
3 Add vinegar and garlic, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool.
4 In a blender, add the mixture along with egg, wine, ricotta, and parsley. Chill.
SERVING
5 Use as desired.
