Date Tapioca Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup chopped dates
2 cups hot water
4 tblspns, butter
1/2-cup brown sugar
1/2-tspn. vanilla
pinch salt
1/4-cup quick-cooking tapioca
Directions
Cook tapioca in water until transparent, add sugar, salt, vanilla, butter and stir until melted.
Lastly, add dates and pour into a buttered baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350° F.
Serve with cream.
