Date Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
21/2 cups chopped dates
1 cup finely chopped nuts
sweetened whipped cream
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease square pan, 9x9x2 inches.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until very thick.
Mix in flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in dates and nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
