Date Delights Recipe
These date delights are date and nut cookie like snacks. made with graham cracker and chopped marshmallows, with vanilla and milk mixed together, these date delights are dried and can be stored.
Ingredients
| Graham crackers | 24 | |
| Marshmallows | 15 | |
| Dates | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla flavoring | ||
Directions
Roll crackers and add to chopped marshmallows, dates and nuts.
Add milk and flavoring and mix well.
Form small balls and roll in extra cracker crumbs.
Some nuts may be saved and mixed with these crumbs.
Let dry for a few hours before serving.
