Date Bread Puddings Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 c. dates, chopped fine
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Directions
Beat sugar and eggs until light.
Soak bread in milk; add to egg mixture.
Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into greased custard cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
