Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cooked rice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup water
Directions
Heat but do not boil milk.
Allow to cool slightly.
Combine eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Add rice, vanilla, dates, and walnuts!
Pour mixture into custard cups.
Cover each cup with aluminum foil.
Put water and rack in cooker; place custard cups on rack.
Close cover; put pressurecontrol in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 3 minutes.
Cool qooker at once under running water.
Uncover custard cups and stir slightly before chilling in refrigerator.
