Here is a great recipe for the hot summmer .This is a yummy drink with dates and almounds and goodness of milk in it. its an all season drink .Quite filling and even healthy at the same time.So can be a complete diet for a kid.

Ingredients

 
Dates - 4 large
 
Almonds-4
 
Milk freezed-2 cups
 
Banana-1/2
 
Honey - 1 tsp
 
Sugar -1 tbsp

Directions

1.Soak the dates in milk for about an hour or cook it with milk in microwave for 40 seconds
2.Then add all teh dates banana,almonds into a blender and add frozen milk ,and blend it to a smooth mixture
3.Then add sugar,honey and give a whip in your blender.
4.Serve in a glass with wafers on the sides.Children will love it believe me.Enjoy when its still very cool.
Tip:
You can use any Dry Fruits.
