Date Sponge Roll Recipe
Ingredients

| Date Almond Filling | ||
| Butter Cream Icing | ||
| Finely chopped toasted almonds | ||
Directions
Bake and cool Jelly Roll as directed in recipe but unroll and spread with lukewarm Date-Almond Filling.
Roll up again.
Ice outside of roll with Butter Cream Icing and sprinkle with almonds.
Roll up again.
