1 cup (250 ml) hot water
 
1 cup (250 ml) dates, pitted
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
 
2 tablespoons (30 ml) all-purpose flour

Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put all ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at GRIND 3 or 4 cycles until dates are chopped.
Pour into small saucepan and slowly bring to a boil and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
Pour over hot Graham Cracker Cake
