Directions
Set aside.
Beat eggs well.
Combine carob and oil and add to eggs.
Gradually stir in honey.
Add vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture.
Combine dates, ground almonds, and nuts.
Stir into egg mixture.
Pour into a well-greased 8-inch-square pan.
Bake at 325° 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
Cut into squares.
