Date Nut Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
| Pitted dates package | 1 , chopped | |
| 1-1/2 cups Angel Flake Coconut | ||
| Pecan halves | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), evaporated | |
| Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix dates, coconut and nuts in medium bowl; blend in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Carefully remove from cookie sheets; cool completely on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
