Date-Nut Fondant Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweetened condensed milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Icing Sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pitted dates | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped |
Directions
Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Gradually add icing sugar and mix until smooth and creamy.
Add nuts and dates; blend well.
Press into shallow 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.
Chill until firm.
