Date Loaf Refrigerator Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dates | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Marshmallows | 16 , chopped | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk, whipped | ||
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Make this dessert the day before it is to be served. Add half the crumbs to the dates, marshmallows and nuts. Stir the whipped cream into this mixture. Add the vanilla.
2. Rub a loaf pan or dish with margarine or butter and pour the mixture in. Round it smoothly with the back of a spoon, coat it with the remaining crumbs; cover with waxed paper and let it chill overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Cut in slices to serve.
